Partner Terms

These terms apply to anyone taking part in the DrBartha partner programme, run by BRIXIT PTE. LTD. (UEN 202411612Z). They are between you and us. Customers who arrive through your link buy under our ordinary Terms of Sale.

1. Joining

We invite partners and register the Google account you sign in with. You can see your links, the orders attributed to them, what you have earned and what we have paid at /affiliates. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.

You take part as an independent business. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent or joint venturer, and you may not present yourself as one, sign anything on our behalf, or speak for us.

Each link carries a code. When someone follows it, the code is stored in that browser for 90 days and applied when they order, so a viewer who clicks today and buys three weeks later still counts for you. A sale is credited to the link that was stored when the order was paid.

Attribution works per browser on the device used. It will not follow someone who switches device or browser, uses private browsing, or clears their site data, and Apple’s browsers may discard it sooner. We do not pay commission on an order we cannot attribute.

We may issue you several links, for example one per video, so you can see which one sells.

3. Commission

Your rate and the products your link covers are stated when we issue the link, and you can see both on your dashboard.

Commission is calculated on the price of the qualifying products after any discount your link gives the customer. It excludes shipping, duties and taxes.

Commission is not earned, or is reversed, where an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back or found to be fraudulent. A partial refund reduces the commission in the same proportion as the money returned.

4. Payment

We pay in arrears, normally monthly, for commission that has been earned and is no longer in the return window. We may hold a payment where an order is still open, disputed or under review.

Payments are made in US dollars to the details you give us. You are responsible for your own taxes, and for any fee your bank or payment provider charges. Tell us promptly if your payment details change.

5. How you may promote us

You must:

  • make it clear to your audience that you earn a commission, in the way your local rules require, for example the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States or the ASA and CAP Code in the United Kingdom
  • describe our products accurately and only make claims we have published
  • keep to the terms of any platform you post on

You must not:

  • bid on our brand name or trade marks in paid search, or use them in a domain name, app name or social account name that could be taken for ours
  • use your own link to buy for yourself, your household or your business, or arrange for others to do so on your behalf
  • post your link or code on coupon, cashback or deal sites, in unsolicited email, or anywhere it reaches people who did not come for your content
  • offer a discount we have not agreed, or suggest one is available when it is not
  • present our products as suitable for children under 3, or make safety, educational outcome or medical claims we have not published
  • register our trade marks, or copy our site or materials beyond the images and text we supply

We can give you product images and copy on request. Any other use of our name, logo or materials needs our written agreement.

6. Ending the arrangement

Either of us may end this arrangement at any time, by email. We may also pause or cancel a link, for example while we look into where the traffic is coming from.

If the arrangement ends, we pay commission already earned on valid orders, unless it ended because of fraud or a serious breach of these terms, in which case we may withhold it. Orders placed after the end of the arrangement do not earn commission.

7. Data protection

We give you the numbers you earned, never the people who bought. Your dashboard shows the date, country, order value and your commission, and no customer name, email or address. You must not try to identify our customers, and you must keep what you see to yourself.

8. Changes, liability and law

We may change these terms and will tell you by email when we do. Changes do not affect commission already earned.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you under this arrangement is limited to the commission payable to you in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
